Product Features
This product is a high-quality, single-component, neutral-curing sealant with high modulus, designed to cure at room temperature. It represents an improvement and enhancement over traditional silicone sealants—both in terms of its raw material formulation and chemical structure—fundamentally addressing the common issue of potential contamination that some substrates may experience with conventional silicone sealants. Key features include being non-polluting, non-corrosive, formaldehyde-free, and odorless, while also allowing for surface coloring and painting. Additionally, it boasts excellent mold-resistant properties. The sealant cures rapidly, forming a highly elastic and robust adhesive after hardening, and exhibits outstanding adhesion and compatibility with most building materials.
Scope of Use
Adhesion of indoor metal or wooden doors and windows, wall panels, carbon crystal boards, bamboo-wood fiberboards, wood veneers, diamond boards, anti-collision panels, SPC honeycomb panels, and all-aluminum honeycomb panels.
Sealing: Installation and waterproof, mold-resistant caulking for various kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathrooms, sanitary fixtures, bathroom vanities, sinks, washbasins, and more. Also provides mold-resistant sealing for indoor concrete, marble, aluminum panels, and metal joints—and supports a wide range of other interior architectural, decorative, and industrial applications.
Instructions for Use
Before construction begins, a bonding test should first be conducted between the sealant and the substrate to be bonded, as well as a compatibility test between the sealant and any accompanying accessories. Construction can only proceed if both tests pass successfully. The substrate must be thoroughly cleaned using the two-cloth method with a solvent to ensure its surface is spotless and completely dry—construction should take place within 30 minutes after cleaning. When applying the sealant, make sure to fully fill all gaps, creating a dense, uniform layer that makes close contact with the substrate surface. Additionally, any sealant seams should be smoothed within 5 minutes after application. The optimal temperature range for applying construction materials is between 5°C and 40°C.
Usage Restrictions
Not suitable for use in structural assemblies; avoid completely sealing off air before the adhesive has cured after application. Do not apply to surfaces that exude oils, plasticizers, or other organic solvents. Also, avoid use on frosted or damp surfaces, as well as in environments subject to prolonged immersion in water.
Safety Instructions
Please use this product in a well-ventilated area. Keep the product out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion. If uncured sealant accidentally comes into contact with your eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water immediately and seek medical advice.
Storage and Shelf Life
Store in a cool, well-ventilated, dry place below 27°C. The shelf life is 9 months from the date of manufacture.

Construction may only proceed once a satisfactory result is achieved. This product is made of non-flammable and non-explosive materials and should be transported as general non-hazardous goods.
