Product Features
This product is a single-component, room-temperature curing, fast-drying sealant with rapid curing and high strength. It cures quickly yet maintains exceptional durability, offering excellent weather resistance and aging resistance even after full cure. Additionally, it exhibits outstanding adhesion and compatibility with most building materials.
Scope of Use
Sealant for filling gaps in sliding doors, system windows and doors, aluminum composite panels, and PVC/steel window and door installations; adhesive sealant for interior decoration; and suitable for various other applications.
Instructions for Use
Before construction begins, a bonding test should first be conducted to verify the adhesion between the sealant and the substrate, as well as a compatibility test between the sealant and any accompanying accessories. Construction can only proceed if both tests pass. The substrate must be thoroughly cleaned with a two-cloth method using a solvent to ensure its surface is spotless and completely dry—construction should take place within 30 minutes after cleaning. When applying the sealant, make sure to fully fill all gaps, ensuring the sealant layer is dense and tightly adheres to the substrate surface. Additionally, any sealant seams should be smoothed within 5 minutes after application. The ideal temperature range for constructing on building material surfaces is between 5°C and 40°C.
Usage Restrictions
It cannot be used as a structural adhesive; before the adhesive paste has cured after application, avoid completely sealing it off from air; do not apply to surfaces that have leaked oils, plasticizers, or other organic solvents; and avoid use on frosted or damp surfaces, as well as in environments subject to prolonged immersion in water.
Safety Instructions
Please use in a well-ventilated area; keep the product out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion. If uncured sealant accidentally comes into contact with your eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water immediately and seek medical advice.
Storage and Shelf Life
Should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry place below 27°C. The shelf life is 10 months from the date of manufacture.
