Product Features
This product is a single-component, medium-modulus silicone sealant that exhibits excellent extrudability and thixotropy within a temperature range of 4–40°C. It offers outstanding mold resistance, along with superior toughness and effective protection against mold and moisture. Additionally, it boasts exceptional weathering and water-resistance properties, while maintaining excellent adhesion and compatibility with most building materials.
Scope of Use
Kitchen appliances such as shower rooms, bathtubs, basin sinks, toilets, countertops, and kitchen sinks are sealed to prevent mold and water leakage. Sealing and waterproofing are also applied to building materials like glass, aluminum alloys, plastics, ceramics, and stone. Additionally, seals are used for doors and windows to ensure a tight fit, while decorative trims—such as baseboards and corner moldings—enhance and neatly finish off any gaps or edges.
Instructions for Use
Before construction begins, a bonding test should be conducted to verify the adhesion between the sealant and the substrate, as well as a compatibility test between the sealant and any accompanying accessories. Construction may proceed only if both tests pass. The substrate must be thoroughly cleaned with a two-cloth method using a solvent to ensure its surface is spotless and completely dry—construction should take place within 30 minutes after cleaning. When applying the sealant, make sure to fully fill all gaps, ensuring the sealant layer is dense and tightly adheres to the substrate surface. Additionally, any sealant seams should be smoothed within 5 minutes after application. The ideal temperature range for constructing on building material surfaces is 5°C to 40°C.
Usage Restrictions: Do not use as a structural adhesive. Not suitable for surfaces that exude oils, plasticizers, or other organic solvents. Cannot be used to bond or seal other metal materials or surfaces coated with protective layers. Also unsuitable for bonding or sealing onto concrete, copper, lead, iron, or galvanized material surfaces.
Safety Instructions
Please use this product in a well-ventilated area. Keep the product out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion. If uncured sealant accidentally comes into contact with your eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water immediately and seek medical advice.
Storage and Shelf Life
Store in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry place below 27°C. The shelf life is 9 months from the date of manufacture.

Due to construction conditions and methods beyond our control, users are required to test the compatibility of the substrate with silicone sealant on-site. Construction may proceed only after a satisfactory result is achieved.
